Fulham Set to Acquire Wolves Striker Raul Jimenez for £5.5m

In an exciting transfer development, Fulham Football Club has reached an agreement with Wolverhampton Wanderers to sign the talented striker, Raul Jimenez, for a reported fee of £5.5 million.

According to Sky Sports, the 32-year-old Mexican international is expected to undergo his medical examination on Monday, marking the final step before his move to Fulham is official.

Having enjoyed a successful five-year tenure at Wolves, Jimenez initially joined the club on loan from Benfica in 2018, and his impressive performance during that period earned him a permanent contract the following year.

Throughout his time with Wolves, Raul Jimenez showcased his goal-scoring prowess, netting an impressive 44 goals in his first two seasons with the team. However, his journey was marred by a serious injury, a fractured skull suffered during a match against Arsenal in November 2020.
