Prominent Anambra Native Doctor, Akwa Okuko Tiwara Aki, Abducted from His Hotel
In a shocking incident, a renowned native doctor from Oba in Idemili North local government area of Anambra State, widely known as Akwa Okuko Tiwara Aki (meaning an egg that breaks palm nut), was abducted on Sunday night from one of his hotels in the town.
Akwa Okuko Tiwara Aki was famous for his reputation of possessing the power of disappearance, yet he could not employ this ability when the kidnappers came for him. Tragically, his two personal aides lost their lives during the kidnapping, as the abductors effortlessly seized him from the vicinity of Triple P Hotel, one of the three hotels he owned in Oba.
The kidnapping of this esteemed native doctor, considered one of the most powerful in Anambra State, has raised eyebrows, given the apparent ease with which it occurred within his own hotel premises.
The Anambra State police command has confirmed the incident, with the state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Toochukwu Ikenga, stating that it happened around 11:30 pm on the previous night. The state Commissioner of Police, Aderemi Adeoye, has already issued orders to pursue the abductors and secure the safe release of the native doctor.
Rumors of his extraordinary abilities have led many people to visit his residence in Oba to ascertain the truth behind the kidnapping.
As of now, the kidnappers have not made any ransom demands to the family. The situation remains tense, and authorities are working diligently to bring a swift resolution to the distressing situation.
