The new President of Nigeria President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday promised to create one million jobs in the digital economy. We pray he do as said.
Tinubu made this pledge in his inaugural speech as the 16th President at a ceremony held at the Eagle Square, Abuja.
The President said his government will work with the National Assembly to fashion out a law that will give the administration the policy space to embark on labour intensive infrastructural development across the country.
He said his administration will create meaningful opportunities for youths and will honour the campaign commitment of one million new jobs in the digital economy.
